Corpbasics Personal Training

Personal Training is available upon request. Rates and availability will be e-mailed to you upon your request. Private Instruction and conditioning is subject to availability. Schedule is limited contact: info@Corpbasics.com


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Personal training with any Corpbasics trainer requires the purchase of a minimum of ten sessions at a time.
All personal training packages expire within 75 days of purchase


There is a 24 hour cancellation policy with a maximum of 2 cancellations per session.

A client must provide his/her trainer with 24 hours notice when canceling a session. A session cancelled with 24 hours must be rescheduled within 7 days of the cancelled date to avoid losing the session. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the trainer, and the date and time is based upon an agreement between the client and the trainer. Any cancellation made beyond two sessions is permanently lost.


Trainer and session date and time are subject to change.


Corpbasics Fitness System: Personal Training is designed in a highly systematic manner. It is specialized and designed for our clients so that they can maximize their workouts in order to achieve the best results possible. What is learned in personal training sessions is for our clients ONLY and is not to be shared or utilized with non-clients.

P-TF2

Keeping up with a fitness program is a lot easier when you have a friend who is committed to doing the same. "P-TF2", our new Private Training service, makes it possible for two members with similar goals to Train with one l trainer. Working with a Private Training, you learn the correct and safe way to exercise. It is the foundation from which you and your partner will continue to work and encourage each other. “P-TF2 " gives you the chance to maximize your workouts through personal training, It allows you to work out within the comforts of a partner setting.” With the "P-TF2" program, sharing your fitness experience helps bring you closer to your fitness goals. Having a partner makes working out more enjoyable while at the same time helping people create a regular habit of going to the gym.
