Christina's passion for fitness and music stems from her 18 year dance career where she was trained in tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop and Hawaiian. She earned many gold medals at National Dance competitions and has won several special judge's awards for her tap solos. In college, Christina became the Holy Cross Dance Ensemble Tap Choreographer where she was known for her "non-traditional" tap routines performed to Hip Hop music. Her fitness career also started in college, teaching cardio kickboxing classes.
Currently, Christina is a Corpbasics instructor (recognized as an ACE accredited course) and personal trainer and has been taking CBC classes with Andy since 2003. After over ten years of attending cycling classes, Christina became a certified spinning instructor. Her dance and fitness training combined with her sense of rhythm and diverse taste in music make each of her classes feel like a dance routine on the bike. Most recently, in the summer of 2011, Christina was invited to be in the lululemon athletica ambassador program by The Prudential Center team. The ambassador program is extended to unique instructors and trainers in the community who embody the lululemon lifestyle and culture. Christina is also CPR/AED certified and Blue Belt in Kenpo Karate.
