Our 2012 KICKSTART is just what you need to get you started on your fitness goals. Whether you are a beginner looking to get started or a more advanced exerciser looking to take it to the next level this is the program for you. Our KICKSTART is a one month program designed to get you on a fitness routine. With our this program you will receive 4 one-hour personal training sessions and 8 group fitness classes of your choice. All classes and personal training sessions must be used within 1 month for your first visit.
