The sportswear and the live Entertainment was a hit.. But the true show stopper was the Swim Wear part of the fashion show. The Corpbasics Instructors looked outstanding the shape they got them self's into was unbelievable.

Thank you to all of you who attended Corpbasics 360. There was an incredible turnout with 80+ people filling the aerobics room in Watertown. A special thanks to the CBC instructors along with Frank Curren (www.frankcurranphoto.com) who was nice enough to photograph the event.

The event started off with Meg running an abs class followed by Danielle, Liza, Chioma, and Dmitra leading a packed room to cardio cuts. Alyssa then led the class in one of CBC newest classes HEAT which is a cardio dance class. Kim, Paula, Erin, and Kristen then took over leading the class in an exciting cardio kix class, which was followed by Alyssa introducing/debuting corpbasics 101. The event was wrapped up with Andy's cardio Lian Jie class, and boy was that challenging after 2 hours of intense classes. Once again thank you to everyone who made this event such a success and we look forward to seeing you at the next corpbasics event. Stay tuned to time and date!

Congratulations to Erin Hickey who was the winner of the CBC raffle which was a $50.00 gift certificate to foot locker.
