
Our special programs are a great way to benefit from the professional instruction of a personal trainer at a lower cost. We often find that clients tend to be more motivated when they workout with others as a team.
Scheduling
Once you email us, we will contact to you to schedule your first session. If you'd like to be paired up with family, friends or coworkers, our trainers will want to meet with all of you at this first session to create a program appropriate to everyone's fitness level.
All sessions must be used within a 12-week period. If you need to reschedule your appointment, 24 hour notice is required to avoid being charged for the session. Additional sessions are available for purchase within the month if requested.
Pricing
Special programs can be purchased online or at he or she's gym.
Work It Out
The work it out fitness program is a semi-private training program designed to keep you motivated and get you in shape.
* Payable in 3 equal, automatic installments via a valid credit/debit card.
