Corpbasics offers a number of group classes designed to meet your fitness goals. Lead by Corpbasics Certifiied Instructors, these classes will not only help you achieve the body you want; they allow you meet and stay motivated with others like yourself who are focused on fitness as a lifestyle.
Personal Training offers an individualized exercise program based upon a client’s specific goals – that’s what makes it personal! You can choose to workout with your trainer as often as 3 times per week, but most clients opt for 1 to 2 sessions per week.
Our special programs are a great way to benefit from the professional instruction of a personal trainer at a lower cost. We often find that clients tend to be more motivated when they workout with others as a team.
