These moves are performed continuously to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility and quickness through. A connection is formed between your mind and your body as you learn the ins and outs of your physique. Each one of these drills / moves are choreographed to the latest music. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced exercisers welcome.
