Personal Training offers an individualized exercise program based upon a client’s specific goals – that’s what makes it personal! You can choose to workout with your trainer as often as 3 times per week, but most clients opt for 1 to 2 sessions per week.

When you work with one of our trainers, you can expect guidance, education and  ongoing support. Your trainer will hold you accountable to your fitness goals. Your trainer will provide a safe exercise program with variety to keep you motivated and yield results.

I have been attending Corpbasics classes since 2007 when I was a member of Fitness gym in Malden. I had a feeling after my first Corpbasics Cardio KIX class that I was hooked. I joined Corpbasics and started personal training in October of 2007. After incorporating a vigorous personal training session into my jam-packed class workouts each week, I started to notice significant changes.
