
We offer group fitness classes 7 days a week. We have both morning and evening and night classes that are sure to fit your schedule. Our classes are perfect for both men and women and suit all fitness levels (beginner through advanced).
Offered in 30 minute and 60 minute sessions, you can workout with your fitness trainer up to 3 times per week.

Our special programs are a great way to benefit from the professional instruction of a personal trainer at a lower cost. We often find that clients tend to be more motivated when they workout with others as a team.
