I remember one of the Corpbasics' instructors reminding me to pace myself. I was so out of breath, I thought I was going to die! It took a while for me to understand what you mean. Little by little, I was able to learn most of the steps.
Now I have an addiction to the gym and your classes; yes, an addiction! That’s what my husband and kids say to me, but you know what? It’s a good addiction to have!
For all the women out there who get discouraged the first few times, I just want to let them know to keep going to the classes. It helps you mentally and physically. You also get to meet people who like you share the same interests - all while having fun!" - Deyci M.
