How do I schedule a special group training session?
Once you purchase a package you should email us at cbcfitnessclub@gmail.com with your availability. You should also include a short introduction for yourself that answers:
- What is your fitness goal?
- Do you have any injuries or special considerations?
- Do you currently exercise?
We will use this information to match you up with one of our trainers. You will hear directly from the assigned trainer to schedule your first appointment.
